We would just like to say thank you to the Walkabout Team for a fantastic holiday using one of the 6 berth campers in Dec and January, we are only just back from an extended stay in Hong Kong, otherwise we would have thanked you before, it's a holiday we will not forget, NZ is fantastic.

 

Hi Walkabout, We have been traveling throughout NZ in your fiat campervan two times now and for nearly 4 months in total. It has been a great experience! The van is really a pleasure to drive and we soon felt comfortable on the steep and winding roads in NZ, even though such roads are totally absent in Holland. Inside the van we appreciated especially the size and comfort of the bed; we sleep better in the van than at home!. We have promised ourselves to come back to NZ and wandering about in one of your campervans will be our first option to consider again, no doubt! Kind regards,

Attn Company Director - Right from the start when I rang for a quote your staff were so helpful and friendly. A Campervan was sorted out which I could drop of in Wellington saving me $500 from another rental company and your staff phoned me back quickly in the UK with all the details. Every time I phoned the office my call was answered promptly and in such a friendly manner. On arrival in Auckland we were met by your Walkabout staff without delay. The man explained everything there was to know about the van and gave some very useful information on places to go in NZ. Myself and my daughter had the most fantastic holiday, the van was brilliant, so easy to drive and super comfortable, the bed was more comfortable than my bed at home! I was more than sorry to give it back at the end of our trip. During the trip I phoned a couple of times with minor queries, nothing was too much trouble. I would like to thank Walkabout Rentals for making everything so easy to organise and enabling us to have such a fantastic time in NZ. We very much enjoyed our time in New Zealand and especially enjoyed the use of the Walkabout campervan. We appreciated the personal helpful service both when we landed and again when we departed. The motorhome was beautiful and immaculately clean and had everything . We just completed 10 days along the Great Ocean Road, Victoria Australia in a Maui 6 berth campervan. We had a great experience, but just did not compare with the personalization that the Walkabout team provides. Also, no comparison with regard to the campervans. Took a bit to lower our expectations so we could enjoy our Aussie adventure. Kids also kept saying, "but this isn't a Walkabout."

 

I have hired a motorhome of you 4 times now as i come to new Zealand to see your fabulous country , Thank you for helping me every time , your vehicles are so clean and and every time i have a vehicle under 3 years old , I know i am a customer and not a number , that is why i come back to see you everytime . There are a number of people i speak to in camper parks not happy with their camper , i am returning again next year to your fabulous country , keep up the good work Walkabout I see you soon .
